-return/exchange must be shipped within 30 days upon receiving your order. A proof of return is needed otherwise the return will be voided.

-Any item received must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
-We have the right to refuse the return.
-Ever-Pretty is not responsible for returns lost by carriers.
-Please make sure to get a tracking number for your return parcel.
Items Not Eligible for Refund:
- All delivery charges
- All clearance items (the product description will say if the item is Final Sale)
- All special items (e.g., sports bras, yoga pants)
- Items not received in their original condition and/or items with tags removed
- Any items not shipped within 30 days of the date of your order
We will process your refund if you are not fully satisfied with your items. Please note that all shipping charges are not eligible for a refund.
Please contact us as soon as you can upon receiving your items to get an RMA number that identifies your return. Any package returned without an RMA number on the outside of the package will be automatically refused by our return center.
Return orders must be shipped within 30 days upon receiving your item with a proof/confirmation provided for us.We will process your refund within 2 business days of receiving your return. Please note that it can take about 1-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on the bank. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
The first part of the process is the same as returning for a refund. Once you contact us, we will issue you a unique RMA number to identify your return. After receiving the tracking number of the return, we will ship your exchange within 24 business hours. You will be responsible for the return delivery fee, but the exchange will be shipped to you free of charge.
If you want to change to a different color or size of the same style, there is no extra charge. If you want to change to another style with a cheaper cost, the difference is automatically processed back to your original form of payment. However, if the style is more expensive, you will receive an Ever-Pretty gift card with the same cost of your previous order. This would also require you to place the new order by yourself.
5% Bonus if you Agree to Return for Credits
If you wish to return your item for store credit instead please notify us when you request your RMA number. You will receive an Ever-Pretty gift card for the amount of your return with a 5% bonus which you can use toward finding any other Ever-Pretty dress. Returns can receive store credit for up to 30 days from the date of your order. Please notice that gift card cannot be redeemed for cash at a later date.
Specific Policies for our Items
- Orders canceled after 48 hours of receiving payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund of full delivery cost only.
- Once your order has been shipped, it will not be able to be canceled.
Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items
You are qualified to get a full refund if your items are defective, damaged or mis-shipped. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier. This should be included in your returned package.
Sizing or Fitting Issues
As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customized, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will fit you perfectly, our tailors have reserved additional fabric in the seams to allow minor modifications.
If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, you are encouraged to find a local tailor to make adjustments. In this case, we will reimburse you up to 30% of the product purchase price (excluding delivery cost). Should you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor. The copy of the receipt must be provided to request reimbursement.
The Right Size but the Wrong Fit
Please understand that items that do not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. Your option is to look for a local tailoring service at your own cost. Please note that if your order specifications differ greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on the site. Slight color aberration may not mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are positive that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
Since most of the dresses are hand-crafted, inevitable situations like thread residue, folds after long-term international delivery, slight mark left by water erasable pen may not be verified as quality issues.
(1) Thread Residue. Use a pair of scissors to have the thread residue cut.
(2) Folds. Have the clothing ironed. For some clothing comes with beading, embroidery or other embellishment, have it ironed from the opposite side(inner side).
(3) Slight Mark. Most of the slight mark has been left by water erasable pen from the dress maker when cut the fabric. Please take some water with this part and gently rub, the mark will disappear right away.
